In addition to serving 700,000 retail customers across the eastern half of the United States, Inergy's Propane Operations team provides wholesale propane supply, price risk management and distribution services to customers throughout the United States and Canada.

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF INERGY PROPANE
With more than 25 years of experience in the propane industry, Phil joined Inergy in connection with the company's acquisition of the Hoosier Propane Group in January 2001. Phil had managed Hoosier's operations including its retail, wholesale and transportation divisions since 1992. Prior to that, Phil was with both Ferrellgas and Buckeye Gas Products.

Tom joined Inergy in late 2001 with the acquisition of Independent Propane Company (IPC), where he had been named President in 2004. In 2005 Tom was named President of the Mississippi/Alabama Division following Inergy's acquisition of Dowdle Gas. Earlier in his career Tom held management positions with 3M Company, Toshiba and Thermogas Propane.

With nearly 20 years experience in the propane industry, Boyd began his career in the industry with Ferrellgas in 1989, having held various positions including Vice President-Chief Operating Officer. Boyd joined Inergy in 2010 with the acquisition of Liberty Propane, where he was Chief Operating Officer and managed Liberty’s 38 retail propane operations across 11 states. Boyd is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Jan was the controller of Hoosier’s retail, wholesale, and transportation group prior to the acquisition by Inergy.

A 21-year veteran of the propane industry, Bill started his career with Ferrellgas in 1985. Bill later co-founded and managed Supply and Risk Management for LPG Services, which was eventually acquired by Dynegy. In 1998, Bill joined Inergy at its inception launching the Supply and Risk Management group, which he continues to manage along with the Wholesale Marketing team and Inergy's West Coast operations.
